ABOUT
At my current place of work, I am in charge of making informative product designs for various dispensaries around Louisiana. I design the screens, they are sent off to the client and are added to a shuffle for their TV screens. The main purpose of this is to advertise various products to customers while they wait to be assisted.
My Process
For most of the screens, I use a sans serif font that has a large family to add variation, while still maintaining a professional look. Usually, I am provided with the images that have not been cut out in photoshop & exported to a png, so I begin by doing that. Then I decide on what colors I want to use. Here, I color matched each design to the product to add more variation to each of them. I also made my own pattern inspired by AYO's brand pattern to add texture to the design. I finish by adding all of the needed information. Overall, I enjoyed making new designs for our client.
